sbh acted as tenant’s representative and project manager on Vf’s new build distribution warehouse in Prague. 

The 38,400m² facility incorporates an office area of 820m² and includes thermally insulated docks, intelligent lighting and modern heating and venting systems.

Phase 2 (2016) – 228,000ft² (21,200m²)

Tenant’s representative and project managers of 19,000m² warehouse extension and 2,200m² HQ style offices.

The building included welfare and canteen facilities, an external rest area, plus 15 dock level and 4 surface level loading doors.

The building achieved BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
