Project management of the construction of an extension to the client’s existing manufacturing facility incorporating 61,000ft² of factory space and 5,500ft² of office above an undercroft car park – all on a live operational site.

The extension links to the existing building with 5 additional level-access loading doors.

Enhancements include a new paint shop, a modern test centre, assembly and storage facilities designed to deliver improved lead times and higher quality levels.

We are currently employed on a further expansion phase.
