Site search and acquisition of new logistics and UK headquarters facility.

The site accommodates 225,000ft² in 2 phases.

Phase 1 was 199,000ft² including 114,000ft² of warehouse, 64,000ft² of cross-docking facility, and 21,000ft² of offices. Phase 2 extends the cross-docked facility by 26,000ft².

Retained as Dachser’s consultant during construction.  Also responsible for the disposal of the company’s 4 existing buildings in Northampton.
