Searches in the M18 and M62 region and negotiated the acquisition of a 15-year lease with a significant rent-free period and substantial contribution to Scott’s fitting out including racking, lighting and office partitioning in a new 160,000ft² 10m high distribution centre.

The building has 14 loading doors including 12 at dock level, incorporates 9,000ft² of offices and sits on a self-contained secure site.

sbh also provided Scotts with a Schedule of Condition before and after the landlord’s fitting out works.
